He taught me to grill the sheep like they do it there. A 20kg lamb will take 3 hours to be complete cooked. The sauce is "salmoira", meaning "dead salt" and is a very tasty mix of herbs and spices together with the salt. This lamb was grilled for my dear mothers 75th birthday. The woodwork is made the same a barrel is made. The steel wire gives it extra strength to handle pressure.
