History of Photo Album Version 6

March 2002
Version 6.02: Minor bug fixes and improvements.
1. Fix bug on "Delete album" on CDMaker where the album name
   was deleted, but not the album.
2. Delete Photos as well if albums in CDMaker are deleted.
3. Add dialog with existing and new photo in the case of file exists.
4. Fix bug with logo filename for information page on CDMaker.
5. Fix bug with insert new album. Match the new album with its Photos.
6. Add a dialog with photos to ask for overwrite file if file exists on CD.
7. Fix bug on change filename on CDEditAlbum and EditAlbum.
8. Add Photo Resizer, a handy tool to resize photos for the purpose
   of email and web.
9. Incorporate "Dmitrology", a high level memory allocation process to
   handle the preview when printing very large photos. This by-passes
   the windows memory functions traditionally used.

Februarie 2002
Version 6.01: minor bug fixes:
1. Fix sort on Edit photo collection (also for CDMaker)
2. Fix file rename on Edit photo collection (also for CDMaker)
3. Improve help for first time users.
4. Clear the image area on exit for album view
5. Activate Slideshow and Present buttons after initial edit.
6. A few minor cosmetic changes

Version 6 added or improved the following features:
1. Albums and slide show combined
   (show albums either as album, slides or presentation).
2. Added Presentation style slide show with all black background and autofit of image.
   (refer to item 1)
3. Now with unlimited number of albums, photo collection or photos per album.
4. CDMaker has the same improvements as mentioned above
5. Added Photos manager with
a). album view of any folder with/without sub folders.
b). slide show of any folder with/without sub folders.
c). E-mail any selected photo. 
d). Rotate, copy, move, Save As.. and folder management etc.
e). Set any selected photo as wall paper.
f). sort by path, filename, type, size and date.
6. Print 
a). Full feature printing ability (1-100 photos per page).
b). Print part of or complete albums or folders.
c). Print columns and rows, footnots, filenames,
    page, page footers and photo numbers.
d). Size photo before printing to: fill page, 1:1 or copy screen size.
7. Multi select on setting up albums and CDMaker.
   (with multi select the filename without extention is selected as the 
   description. This can be changed with a right click and edit)
8. copy existing albums in full or part into CDMaker. 
9. Copy Photo collections from one album to another.
10. improved speed with thumbnails.
11. giff and tiff added.
12. Both albums, slides, and Presentations will display descriptions.
13. Photos can be moved, copied, deletd to other positions within the album.
14. Demonstration copy: Use for unregistered users will be limited to 2 albums only 
     with full funtionality of all the software features. Limitations will be on quantity.
15. Interface updated with "tree" approach to selection of albums and photo collections.
16. All resize of windows/forms will now improve the working area while everything else stays the same.
17. Full screen view has scale plus, minus and best fit with or without photo description text.
18. Registry entry for Win2K fixed.
19. Folder trees now include networks and other drives.
20. Make any photo collection a slide-show screen saver
